Horrible
One of the worst living experiences I’ve had avoid Avondale Hills if you can.
I regret signing a lease here. The management is unresponsive and rude, maintenance requests take forever (if they’re addressed at all), and the units are not well-maintained—mold, pests, and broken appliances seem to be common issues. The walls are paper thin, so you’ll hear your neighbors’ every move. The security is basically nonexistent, and packages go missing constantly. Rent increases every year despite the... decline in quality. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
