Maintenance is very responsive and the property is kept up very well, but any issues that require help from the leasing staff will never be completed as they change staff every few months.

They are keeping my deposit because of something they are accusing me to do wrongly

Everything was fine while living in there, however when i was leaving, they charged me for a sink problem that there was before i moved in, not only that but also charged me for a carpet replacement. Just so you know me and my wife dont smoke, my pet is potty trained, never did anything to the carpet, we made sure that we cleaned every week in order to get the deposit back so we could you on our new home that we just bought and now they are keeping that saying that we demaged the carpet, the... carpet that we have actually taken care. By the way, that is not the only story that I heard that they go ahead and by the end of the leasing they go ahead and replace anyway, leaving a charge of 1000$ and keeping your deposit...
