Coastal Real Estate Academy was founded in 2016 by Donnie Daughtery. He is a sixteen-year veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the United States. He is a US Army Engineer 20-year veteran who retired in 2003 to dedicate his time to become an entrepreneur in new construction and as a realtor. Donnie is a devoted and thoughtful leader whose expertise in training program development, operational support and best practices in the real estate field. His main focus is helping relocating military families and works with several Veterans Administration lenders in these endeavors. Coastal Real Estate Academy was created to assist new and prospective real estate agents with anything from tutoring, mentoring, and advice. Donnie attended Webster University, where he obtained his Masters Degree in Organizational Security and Human Relation Development and also has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems. Donnie is a certified Dotloop trainer and a certified facilitator of The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. He is a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association, Georgia Association of Business Broker, Georgia Association of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®.
