Property is great, Management Team need ALOT of improvement Every since the new management company took over last September, it's been a terrible experience with communication. Its like pulling teeth with reaching them. A little more transparent communication and realistic timeline with the property improvements would be greatly appreciated. The gate has been open for few months now and everytime I ask, I get the same reply that it will be fixed soon. it's been well over 6 months! It's a matter... of the safety of our kids who play outside. Garbage is always piled high and delayed in being removed. Property and the community itself is great, management team can be improved with their efficiency.
