I’ve had the best experience living here! I love how clean, peaceful, and well-maintained the neighborhood is. One of my favorite things is that there’s always something fun going on, with plenty of activities available for the residents. It’s truly been a wonderful place to call home.

I had a wonderful stay!!!Everyone was so wonderful and pleasant!!!I would tell anyone that is looking for a wonderful place to stay.. I will let them know the finch is it!!!I can not thank the staff enough for making it a pleasant one!!!

I enjoy living here. My drawback is paying high common area water fees, even though I don’t use any of the amenities. My household doesn’t use the swimming pool or common area bathroom. Having a 3 br unit, I’m overcharged for common area water that we don’t use. There should be a way to charge the residents that use the features that require the common area water source so that they pay based on their usage. I shouldn’t have such high monthly fees for something my household doesn’t even use.... That’s not fair. I pay more than someone who goes to the pool everyday in the summer. They should be charged based on their usage, and I shouldn’t be charged if I don’t use.

Awesome place to live. Very clean and the upkeep is great! The maintenance guys are very knowledgeable. I have had no issues. I Love my apt. It is also nice and quiet. No issues with any neighbors.
