Up until least year I really enjoyed living here. I have been complaining to the office for 6 months about my neighbors below me that are extremely noisy and inconsiderate. I’ve provided recordings as proof of the disruptions and all they have received is lease violations. I am still dealing with this and it’s so frustrating. Other than this I really enjoy the community but I don’t feel heard as a tenant.

Parking can be irritating, nowhere near enough spots by the ground level entrance ways. Never know when I'll have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to my ground level door from a lower lot. Would love to see some parking enforcement, sort of seems like a bluff to me so far.
Also seems to be an entire full capacity night club in my hallway every Saturday.
Valet trash is nice tho ??

Signing a lease with the Reserve at Lenox Park has been an extremely pleasant experience for me. There has been careful attention from the leasing agents and staff and the respondance has been great.

Just moved in, very helpful front desk lady. Apartment was very clean and everything was functional. No complaints so far and look forward to my time here.
