I loved Lenox Reserve very much for the first two years here. But a couple of recent security issues made me feel less safe recently. Also, a change in staff made it feel a little less like a tight community.

Really great affordable units, a safe community, fairly responsive maintenance, and helpful managers. We like that the gate actually does its job, since it’s pretty difficult to just follow behind somebody else.

The maintenance team is very responsive and understanding. Requests are addressed pretty quickly. The property is well kept. Noise is limited most of the time. The pool is shady but still gets a good amount of sun. Because it’s under trees, it gets a little gunky.

Morning! I recently asked the leasing office if we could have a quick sweep of my building since there have been a few spills on the floor/stairs and old cob webs etc. My request was met the next day. This is just a testament to how much the complex cares about its residents, grounds and overall community; as we all want to have a great experience and so far, my experience here has been a 10/10...!!!
