Almost a month in. I love it & I love the location. I also love the amenities. I just hate that’s there’s literally no parking after 7, 8pm.

Constantly trash in the hallways...24/7. Nothing gets done about it. No parking for residents as visitors take it all. Nothing new. Same old story.

There is a loud AC machine outside our bedroom window. The sound of upstairs tenant footsteps is also disturbing. The appliances and indoor design is fine. The mail system is great. The gym is fine.
