It’s fine - rent is too high for the amenities (often out of service) and indifferent upkeep (trash in halls, etc.). It was what I needed at the time, but I won’t renew.

They get things done right away. When I need to put in a service request or something is not working they come right when I need it, they even fixed the air conditioning right away before I asked.

Love the Catherine amazing staff beautiful property just a few min from downtown Roswell and Alpharetta amazing convenience to everything couldn’t ask for a better location

No cameras outside for security. Tenants don’t care about the rules like the fact it is a non-smoking premises. Tenants park in reserved spots that aren’t theirs because the towing company is never called properly or promptly. Too expensive to be doing nothing with all the money they get.

I've been here for 4 years now. It is a beautiful well kept community. The office staff has always been very helpful and kind. The community itself is a good mix of singles and families.
