Everyone is polite and the maintenance guy Mr. Bruce works very hard and in a timely manner. good customer service is hard to come by nowadays so it's greatly appreciated.

These apartments are old, they only renovated the kitchens and bathrooms and even then it's still a half job. The handicapped accessible apartments look better than the rest. The rent office is the only part that was renovated from scratch so it's easy to be fooled into thinking they're nice. They have pest issues including roaches and bedbugs really bad, they tend to patch up issues instead of fixing them. They're plumbing is the same since they were built and need new ones which causes ongoing... issues. Since new management has taken over 2 years ago there have been a lot of maintenance issues around the complex. It's not safe, the management has a set group of favourites out there that she is very close with and regardless of what they do she will side with them. I overheard her with her favorites in the office one day coaching them on what to say and write to get someone evicted. The property manager is young but she oversteps her boundaries personally with certain tenants. Ever have an issue where you need to speak with corporate, that won't go well either they will give you the run around and never call you back. Overall this place is in desperate need of a new management team because Royal American management isn't doing so well and the place should be torn down and renovated from the ground up. Read More

These apartments are very old they have been up since 1971 and its a problem ever month either gas & or water leaks bad bugs real bad I have a whole in my floor toilet is old my cabinets are falling down bad crime goes on these apartments needs to be remodeled on the inside its bad
