I haven't been notified yet whether or not I'm even approved but from what we saw and heard on the tour I expect it will be great. I'm so excited for a new beginning closer to my job!

I really enjoy living here, community wise, no issues! Maintenance staff are great, Jerry and Mr Rich are very communicative and polite. Office staff are always trying their best too. I constantly see improvements being made in the amenities and apartment check ups. Truly great, they’re specially involved compared to other communities I have lived in. Honestly if there are issues I have noticed it is third party related but they still try to fix it. Thank you all.

Just moved in i think its pretty decent so far. When i first walked into my apartment i felt it could have been cleaned better there was still webs inside and some things we broken plus there is a lot of paint chips

I recently moved in and the process went smoothly with touring and settling in. Maintenance and Pest Control come to the apartment after work orders have been placed. It takes maintenance sometime but they get the job completed.

I've leaved here for 15 years now, I enjoy the quiet of my building, and neighbors have been usually very considerate. Answering the phone at the office needs work, most of the time goes to the answering machine, and not returned in proper timing.
