Beware of sudden, mandatory price hikes here. Management is forcing a $70/month Wi-Fi fee onto residents. When I noticed the charge on my ledger before the official July 3rd rollout date, I called to get clarification. Instead of helping, the leasing agent was incredibly rude, told me I "wasn't listening" because I upset .Forcing unnecessary tech fees on residents is bad enough, but treating paying tenants with utter disrespect when they ask about their own ledger is unacceptable.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is by far one of the nastiest, most poorly managed apartment complexes I’ve ever experienced. The outside of these apartments is INFESTED with giant rats that run around at night like they own the property. You constantly hear them moving through the bushes and around the buildings. Me and my girlfriend were literally chased by one coming up the stairs to our apartment at around 1–2 in the morning. The rat ran straight at us down the stairs, bounced off my leg, and hit my... girlfriend too. Ever since then we’ve both had anxiety every time we leave or come home because you never know when another giant rat is going to come flying out at you.

There are rat droppings on the stairs where residents walk and management still drags their feet instead of actually fixing the problem. It’s disgusting and unsanitary.

And it’s not just rats — the apartments are roach infested too. You deal with bugs inside while giant rats roam outside. It feels like living in a rundown abandoned complex, not somewhere people are paying hard-earned money to live.

Their valet trash system is another complete joke. They FORCE residents to pay for it, yet all it does is leave bags of smelly, rotten trash sitting outside people’s doors attracting pests and making the whole complex stink. Walking through the breezeways smells horrible half the time because trash just sits there.

Maintenance is useless. My sink was cracked BEFORE I moved in almost 2 years ago. They promised to replace it and never did. Instead they smeared cheap filler over it, which washed away after 2 weeks, and the sink is STILL damaged to this day. That tells you everything you need to know about how little they care.

Management only seems to care about collecting rent while ignoring serious sanitation and maintenance problems. For the prices they charge, nobody should have to live around rats, roaches, trash smells, broken fixtures, and constant stress just walking to their own apartment.

Save yourself the headache, stress, and disappointment. There are way better apartments in the area than this place. Read More

Did they enter my apartment and put all my things in the trash and change the locks while I was on vacation. Seriously? They didn't respect my privacy. This can't be possible. I'm going to take legal action because they broke my contract and the apartment is full of cockroaches and they are unable to do something about it. How is it possible that they continue to do this and no one will stop them?

I will not be renewing my lease here !! Maintenance is horrible. Office never answers the phone . My lock on my front door has been broken for 2-3 days and still no help ! I can’t even live securely in my own house . This is ridiculous. My first apartment and not so good of an experience here .
