How Is This Rating Determined?

Full of cockroaches

Did they enter my apartment and put all my things in the trash and change the locks while I was on vacation. Seriously? They didn't respect my privacy. This can't be possible. I'm going to take legal action because they broke my contract and the apartment is full of cockroaches and they are unable to do something about it. How is it possible that they continue to do this and no one will stop them?

MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE HORRIBLE

I will not be renewing my lease here !! Maintenance is horrible. Office never answers the phone . My lock on my front door has been broken for 2-3 days and still no help ! I can’t even live securely in my own house . This is ridiculous. My first apartment and not so good of an experience here .

I would recommend... (Verified Renter)

I would recommend 1250 West because the apartments are nice and spacious, the complex is quite and the grounds are kept clean daily. My only issue is how the price for rent changes daily, I wish I could have got my rent a little lower when I moved in, otherwise everything is good.

Noise from neighbors... (Verified Renter)

Noise from neighbors and the fact people place trash outside their front door and leave it for days. Parking availability is also an issue, which is worrisome at night.

Roaches

These apartments are infested with roaches!!!! No matter what floor you live on it’s roaches everywhere!!!! They won’t do anything about it!!!!
