Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Avana Cityview. My move-in was marred by serious delays, an uncleaned unit left with trash, and missing appliances that took a week to deliver. Prospective renters should be cautious, as the unit condition delivered did not match what was shown during the tour, and basic infrastructure like pedestrian sidewalks throughout the grounds is lacking.

Move in process was terrible, staff did not provide good communication to us before move in or during. The apartment unit itself is good for the price you pay. Maintenance is nice but takes forever to actually satisfy your needs.

My stay has been mixed because some things I have addressed have not been fixed. The apartment resident that live above me walks a lot and I can hear every step loud with squeaking. I don't like that their is no vent in closet and there is no fan or light in bedroom. The only maintenance person that seem to care and committed about things getting fixed is John the maintenance supervisor. The maintenance guy with dreads gives creep vibes and steers at my wife while I'm interacting with him. I… still see bugs and sometimes roaches in home. The front door still have gaps I can see light from outside and is not sealed properly. My ceiling fan wobbles on high and sometimes feel worried it might fall on me. Even though I have these issues I am great full to have a roof over my head.
