I LOVE my home!

I LOVE my home! I'm my third year lease and I will be renewing. I have a spacious one bedroom on the top floor. The property is gated, well maintained, maintenance responds in a timely manner. The amenities are top-notch and again, well maintained. The maintenance crew and our new Property manager are approachable, they listen and they take action because we are a community. Donna, our Leasing Professional, is a godsend! She makes the magic happen!

I would consider the Avana at powers ferry to be a ideal location for easy access to highways, great area for schools and also a variety of great restaurants and stores

My experience at Avana haven't been all that great. My bathroom has mold, my kitchen have roaches and the ceiling leaks when it rains.

I have no complaints of this complex, I have seen poor reviews before moving in and I can honestly say those reviews are wrong the staff is very cool and professional, everything is neatly kept, work orders are done in a timely fashion with no delay. It’s been a pretty good experience.
