Horrible customer service
Some of the leasing office staff have displayed a very poor attitude and an unprofessional demeanor. They are often rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming when residents come in with questions or concerns. In addition, there seems to be little sense of urgency when handling maintenance issues or resident complaints. Professionalism, communication, and customer service should be improved significantly.
