I love the location and the price. Grounds could be better, but that is getting better. The management team is pretty good also. I wish we had more elevators, but that isn't a big deal

Overall, the experience is great. Neighbors dog and kid are a bit annoying but I also understand that comes with apartment living. Wouldn’t mind if pets were not allowed

I’ve had such a great experience living at Broadstone Junction! The staff are always friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The community is beautiful, and feels really safe. I also love the amenities, the monthly events that we have, and the short walk to the downtown area. It’s been such a comfortable place to call home!

Having lived at Broadstone over four years, I am happy to say the property is still beautiful, well maintained, and management is responsive to the residents needs. Ours is a safe, friendly community and definitely not the typical apartment complex
