Great community! Very quiet and well maintained, love the amenities and the leasing office staff is awesome too. The area is also perfect for us as it’s near pleasant hill.

Unfair rent options trash not being picked up. I put it out when I wake up. The trash is still there. Some people are not putting the trash in the right trash bin.

Overall, it's good. However, the stairs are always full of trash and smell like marijuana. It’s disgusting and clearly not maintained. More improvements can be done!

So far has been the greatest i really enjoy living here almost 2 years since we moved and were loving it.
It's been wonderful amenities are ok. The pool is amazing can't wait for the summer.

I love my apartment and the community. It’s quiet and they are quick with maintenance requests. There are also a lot of great amenities to enjoy.
