The Perry Residences

My experience at The Perry Residences has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Since the change in management, the quality of living has gone downhill. The property charges premium rental rates, but the service and treatment residents receive are nowhere near what you’d expect for the price.

There are constant unexpected fees and charges that seem to appear without clear explanations. Maintenance is extremely inattentive, and requests often go unresolved for long periods of time. To... make matters worse, the elevator is frequently broken, creating a major inconvenience for residents. For a property that markets itself as a luxury community, basic maintenance and building operations should not be this unreliable.

What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability from management. They routinely respond to negative reviews asking residents to contact them directly to discuss concerns, but in my experience, those concerns are ignored once you reach out. The responses feel more like an attempt to manage public perception than to actually resolve problems.

Several interactions with staff have also felt unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. As a resident, I was left feeling that raising legitimate concerns could result in being treated differently or singled out rather than having issues addressed fairly.

For the amount of money residents pay to live here, the ongoing maintenance problems, poor communication, lack of responsiveness, and overall resident experience are unacceptable. They said I left a fake review here so now I will
The staff is rude and disrespectful. One even called the police on me and said she was in fear for her life bc a black woman was scaring her and the black woman might have weapons , whole time I’m at home with my kids . I was accused of leaving a review here saying that they’d delete the video of their leasing agent chasing me but I only said that to the leasing agent ex best friend but since we are lying about where we get the info from I guess... I will leave a review … they try to stack fees on you , the finally got the carpet cleaned but ppl still let their dogs poop and pee everywhere so it still stinks in here . You can literally here the ppl above you walking around to the point where the person under me constantly beats in the ceiling everytime we move , valet trash comes when it wants to and they still
Give you least violations even when they don’t come I had a meeting with Laura about kimmy’s behavior and basically she said she didn’t know what happened but apologized for the experience . And was very condescending, the meeting felt forced bc I had called the property management which she mentioned so I’m chalking it up to that . STAY AWAY !! Read More
