The room is in a shared home with two respectful adults and one friendly indoor cat. Sorry, no additional pets at this time.

You’ll share a bathroom with one person, so a male roommate may be the best fit, though we’re open-minded. The household is LGBTQ-friendly, easygoing, and values a clean, relaxed living environment. No cigarette smoking (even outside). Social drinking is fine, but no heavy alcohol use or drugs. Occasional outdoor marijuana use is okay.

You’ll have full access to the kitchen, common areas, laundry, and porches. One room is used as a home office and not shared.
