I love my new apartment! The move-in process was a little rocky, but the leasing office resolved the issues quickly. The community is beautiful, the amenities are kept in nice condition. The community is located in an area with lots of food and grocery options nearby. Access to the interstate is also very close, less than 1 minute away.

I’m a happy resident of 550 Northridge. I went through a divorce after 15 years and sold my home. I relocated to Atlanta and Northridge became my new home. I viewed several apartments but I was sold on the cleanliness and layout of this complex.

Living at 550 Northridge has been deeply disappointing. The apartments themselves are fine, but the community is plagued by poor management, unresponsive staff, overflowing trash, filthy common areas, and constant gate and fob issues. Maintenance requires multiple visits for the same problems, and residents are fined quickly while real issues go unresolved. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and not worth the cost

The only thing that displeases me about this community is the lack of cleanliness in the corridors and elevators, which are dirty and smelly.

When you first pull up to these apartments in North Ridge, everything looks nice and clean. You think, Wow, this could be a great home and a nice area for me.
But let me tell you — NO! First and foremost, the community center is small, the management is horrible, and the apartment I was supposed to lease was hazardous. There was dust all over the ceiling, the wiring didn’t work, the sink didn’t work, there were holes in the ceiling, and the carpet edging was exposed!
I was told I would receive... a refund for my application and administrative fees and even received emails confirming this because it was their negligence for offering me an apartment that wasn’t ready. It has been since April, and I still haven’t received my refund!
This place is disgusting and unacceptable, and the people running it are incompetent. I hope nobody rents from this ridiculous apartment complex!
