I enjoy living at Aventura. The complex is kept super clean. I don't know of any safety concerns. I don't have much interactions w/the Leasing Office, but when I did they where friendly. The maintenance team is on point.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Aventura Dunwoody! From the moment I toured the community, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. The property is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are always clean and well cared for.
The office staff is responsive and attentive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that management truly cares about the residents and works hard to create a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.
The... location is also a huge plus—convenient to shopping, dining, and major highways, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.
I highly recommend Aventura Dunwoody to anyone looking for a well-managed community with a friendly atmosphere. Five stars all the way!

I had the chance to tour the property with Dominique this past week and it was an absolute pleasure. He was very attentive to my needs of what I was looking for and was very professional. He made sure to let me know every benefit that came with living here and it made me think about what I am missing out on at my current place. He was kind and and had great energy! Wasn't like other tours I have been on, I plan to lease here just because of him!
