Worst management team ever. We were so loyal to Alleia. Again, we rented a 2 bedroom townhouse (the a/c never worked and our monthly electric bill was ridiculous), a 1 bedroom apartment and a 2 bedroom apartment with numerous issues that were never addressed until we moved out…how convenient. We are still paying a 2 month buy out due to moving to another state for job change. Worst experience ever. I will warn everyone I know to never rent from Alleia!

Alleia is in a very nice area. A lot of places are close ni so it’s very centric. Property itself is very nice. No apartment is perfect but our unit meets our standard. I love how quiet are unit area is, No complaints whatsoever.

I have been a resident of this apartment community for almost a year and it is lovely staying here. The community is very quiet at night. The management is responsive to concerns and maintenance issues.
