I’ve noticed the manager of this place change a few times in less than a year of being here and that I think has caused it to suffer a bit. The first one we had was really good, then some really inattentive ones after that. I’m glad the new manger is helping with the upkeep of the general outside of the building a lot more than the previous, however the front leasing office people are also not super great at responding to people, and some of them had been here for a while. I feel like I was... brushed off with any request I had for them to do something, but even when I felt it was quite reasonable. Makes it feels like they are more concerned with just signing on new people for a lease vs actually helping the people currently living here. Some who have repeatedly expressed the same concerns over and over again. Things seem to have improved for the mean time but that’s just because there is a lack of something “major” needing to be addressed right now. I just feel for much of my time living here it’s felt like a back and forth emailing about the same problems and then it starts to feel passive aggressive.
