Terrible management everything broken

Stay away from this horrible complex!!! Pool unusable from code violation, no working security gate, building doors don’t lock, broken heat, broken elevators, can’t get mail, management (greystar) doesn’t care, hidden fees

The Felecity on Perry is amazing! They’ve exceeded my expectations as far as amenities, the apartment building is gorgeous and I feel taken care of here. I use amenities at my leisure, they’re clean and up to date, I feel secure with the smart tech used to get in and out of the building and various rooms, I’m already recommending this place for friends that are considering moving. Do it, it’s a great choice and the staff are impeccable, very nice, knowledgeable, and are ready to help you and... make you feel at home.

I absolutely love living at The Felicity on Perry! The luxurious atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and well-maintained facilities truly make this place feel like home. The staff here are incredibly approachable and always willing to help with any needs or concerns, which makes a world of difference. The community is peaceful, the amenities are top-notch by top-notch I mean it I mean there’s a 2 story gym!, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here. It’s everything I was looking for... , and I truly feel like I’m exactly where I should be!
