The leasing process was very easy from scheduling a tour to apply applying online. My leasing agent was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The move-in directions were very clear and left little to no misunderstandings.

I’ve lived here for a year now and I absolutely love this area and this complex. They do a lot of community events, maintenance moves fairly fast, they just did a repaint on all the buildings. Walls are a little bit thin where I can constantly hear my neighbors slamming their drawers or kids screaming. Other than that it’s pretty good. Depends on which building you live in as well each experience is different

400 BELMONT Place is the best place I have ever lived. I am comfortable I feel safe it’s quiet and it’s very nice place to live.
