They scam their own reviews. This was luxury in 2015, it’s now ghetto. Ghetto people smoking on balconies and it lingers into your place. They smoke inside their place and it lingers into your laundry. It’s a horrible place and environment. People don’t pick up after their dogs. Stray cats with kittens all over. It’s ghetto. Maintenance sucks too with zero communication

This place is an absolute pile of dung. Ghetto property mangers with ghetto occupants. Smoke in your laundry, smoke outside. Dog poop everywhere. Its rachet living here. I went two weeks with a broken dryer. Horrible place. And they fix their own reviews.

The best place I lived. This place is quite clean and pleasant place to live. Staff from manger to maintenance workers are all awesome. I recommend 400 Belmont to rent from.

I am extremely impressed with each and every individual who works here at 400 Belmont Place. Your staff is professional, very cordial, communicates well with your residents and always are always responsive. They go the extra mile to recognize me and acknowledge me by name. The leasing process was very easy from scheduling a tour to apply applying online. My leasing agent was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The move-in directions were very clear and left little to no misunderstandings.
