Been a resident here for 3 years, it is a peaceful living environment. Great location, close enough to major venues and access to highway but not in the heart of it so easy to avoid crowds and noise.

The maintenance and cleaning crew do an excellent job for the size of the crew. The roof leak took some time to solve but it was top of mind with the team here. The tree pollen in the spring is big nuisance but was handled well.

This is a decent place. Don’t live by the pool, way too noisy. There is dog poop everywhere. On the sidewalk, grass. These people don’t even try to clean up after their pets. Leasing office won’t do anything about noisy neighbors or dog poop. Overall, Not bad, just watch your step lol.

I am concerned with the new security system that is difficult for a blind person to use. Overall, I have lived here for approximately six years and have encountered a staff of Professional people who assist in anyway they can..
