Overall, my experience has been frustrating mainly because of the condition of the apartment at move-in and how slowly maintenance requests are handled. Several basic issues that should have been addressed before a new tenant moved in were still present, including damaged window screens, missing or unfinished bathroom fixtures, and knobs hanging off the wall. Even a simple bathtub drain issue took over two weeks to resolve.

The biggest concern, however, has been the ongoing roach problem.… Between the pest issue and having to repeatedly follow up on basic maintenance, the apartment did not feel properly prepared for a new tenant. The property has potential, but the move-in process, maintenance response times, and pest control need significant improvement.

The Junction At Vining

I visited The Junction At Vinings it’s a beautiful property. The staff is amazing. Tamia is so wonderful and I would love to live here.

Needs better Management

Needs better management system. Maintenance request never gets completed but always getting marked as complete. Trash never gets picked up and we pay for that amenity.

Unprofessional

Problems never get resolved. You will have the same issues going on for months, maybe your entire time living there. Valet trash, never comes to pick up the trash and they are scheduled from Sunday-Thursday. People put their trash in the street because valet trash never comes to get it, making the community look super dirty. Mind you they charge us $25 a month for the service that rarely gets done. The car wash amenities are never working either. You are paying for the service but can’t even… wash your car or use the vacuum/air. Everything here is a prop. They make it look good but these are literally the worst apartments in Smyrna. Save yourself the time and just look elsewhere. It’s not worth it!!!!!
