Flats at Wire Park Apartments

When I saw The Flats Apartments at Wire Park, I knew that I wanted to live here. They have wonderful floor plans, are comfortable, and are beautifully designed and appointed. They have great views, with a balcony or porch area. I love that we have elevators(!) and beautiful interior hallways. We have green spaces, and restaurants, shops, and an ice cream parlor, and a new coffee shop on the way- You can visit the new county library right on the property of Wire Park. We often have live music... on the weekend and can watch football and baseball games on the big outdoor screen. Go Dawgs! Many times you will see children playing Frisbee or kicking a soccer ball on the green. It is a unique place with a management team that is attentive and available to help whenever needed. I really enjoy living here. Come take a look!

We love living at the Wire Park flats! The building is brand new, very clean and very safe. The layout of the apartment and the finishes are all very nice. The management (shoutout to Amy especially!) is very responsive and handles any concerns immediately. We love the outdoor space and being able to walk to all of the amenities at Wire Park. Plus it’s a very short drive to Athens and walkable to downtown Watkinsville. We definitely recommend living here!
