Leasing office is excellent but overall quality is very poor for the price. At a lower price many of the issues would be excusable, but not at current price.

It’s been good just, need to be done in a timely manner. I get that there are many units and buildings not sure how many maintenance staff are available but it’s a little long for month to go by or weeks to go by and no one is responding to your work orders.

I thought at first it would be a great place to live. I signed a new one year lease but there is no incentives for tenants. The leasing office staff is great.
