Application process was easy. The property management team was very helpful and answered all my questions. After the move in walk through, the few issues I did have were addressed the same day.

Do you really want me to share my experience with the Palmer? Really??
No AC working in the unit.
Stove elements don't always work.
No living-room lights.
Large holes cut in the ceiling for sprinklers that took forever to be patched.
Over priced-under maintained unit.

Honestly I was moving from another state and if I could do it again I would have waited to see the unit that I was renting first and may have rented elsewhere. The location was most appealing to me. The only productive information I got was from Kelsey the leasing manager.
