The Elements is like hotel living—pool, a weight/workout room, small conference rooms, a coffee store (Local Joe’s) in The Elements, cabanas, an area to gather/eat where there is a kitchen area. The grounds are well maintained. I guess that’s why the tent is sooo high

The Element is a wonderful place to live, easy access to a gym, pool and even a small local coffee shop nearby. The staff is friendly and the vibe of the area is very welcoming.

"I have called The Element home for five years now, and I couldn't be happier. It is a beautiful community with top-tier amenities and a staff that is consistently friendly and helpful. My family and I have lived in the community since the summer of 2023, we have been happy with the staff and the community here. The area is clean and when we have problems or concerns the staff immediately addresses it.
