Like all of my reviews, comments & testimonies, they will always be of love and light. Kapilina definitely brings forth the bright side of me, this place makes me happy…this place makes me feel blessed in more ways than one. Our neighbors have been a blessing (we all look out for each other). We have beautiful mango trees in the back of our yard, beautiful plumeria trees all around us, and almost everyday, we have such good airflow and breeze. This place is a gathering place for my family and my... in-laws alike. I’ve recommended a friend of mine to move into our community here at Kapilina, and she did! With no hesitation, she moved. She moved because of all of the wonderful things I’ve shared with her about this place we call home, and now she made it hers. Herself, her fiance, and their two sons moved in recently, and have been enjoying every great thing that Kapilina has to offer. We look forward to spending more wonderful years here.

Very nice place. Love the community events held here and just feels safe to live here. Staff is nice and welcoming and amenities are nice and clean.

Community is great and everything is kept clean. A few amenities did not work properly and shouldve been inspected more thoroughly, but overall it's been a great experience.
