Kapilina Beach Homes is a wonderful community to live in. We enjoy all the amenities and also hanging out down at the beach. Dlish has great food and drinks and we like the variety. The live music makes for a nice evening out without spending a lot of money. The shoppette is very convenient being so close.

When we were initially signing up for our lease, the staff was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. However, since moving in, it has become extremely difficult to reach anyone in the office. Most of the time, the only way to get assistance is to physically go to the office and try to speak with someone in person. The same level of communication and customer service that is shown when people are signing a lease should continue after residents move into the community.

Another concern is...
the amount of theft we are now hearing about within the community. We were under the impression that security was in place to help prevent situations like this. Had we known about the frequency of these incidents beforehand, it may have influenced our decision to move here.

We would appreciate better communication from management and more transparency regarding the safety of the community moving forward.

Kapilina Beach Homes in our opinions, has been great so far, we have no complaints. This place is a happy, friendly community where I scratch got your back & you got mine. I also tell my family & friends to come over & even recommend them to rent here. And we ways have a blast!

Chickens are growing in numbers and destroying the lawns by digging up community landscape, crapping all over the place and making allot of noise in the early mornings hours. Grounds Look horrible compared to what’s was prior to chickens.
