My experience at Kapilina Beach Homes has been disappointing. I moved in on August 24 and immediately reported numerous problems with the home by email. Despite sending several messages, I have not received a response, and no one has contacted me to inspect or repair the reported issues. I expected better communication and timely support after signing my lease. I hope management acknowledges my concerns and provides a clear plan to complete the necessary repairs.
