Kapilina Beach Homes

It’s been a year living here in kapilina. We did alot of progress to make our place homey & comfortable. Passerby’s appreciate our garden & we are willing to give certain plants if they want. Since the hurricane Kona, we repotted our plants to Make presentable. Come by we like company. ??

The application process was pretty simple and we're excited to join the community. Feel free to give insight as to what we should expect, things to do and community events.

I only live here because my son and his wife live here. I love the view but you won’t do anything to deter geckos from coming in my house. There is always gecko poop everywhere and it is sickening. I am a very clean person. People who come in my house often comment on how clean my house is, even the workers have commented.

We loved the layout of the floor plan. It was a much needed upgrade to our family as we had out grown our two bedroom one bath apartment. The kids were 10, 8, and 2 when we first move to Oahu. Now they are 15, 13, and 7. We are still settling in, but are very happy. The dog loves walking by the lagoon. The kids have already been to the pool and splash pad. Neighbor is super friendly and helpful. We need to repay them soon.

Very lovely place to live, great location, spacious and people are very friendly. The events they have are awesome. The only subject I don’t like is people pooping in the pool too often for us to have the ability to enjoy the new amenities Kapilina has constructed for the community.
