We like it here! Nice community with good neighbors so far! We like the pool and being so close to the beach the Lagoon is also a bonus for nice evening walks.

The location is ok and the amenities are great. However, it's worth noting that the houses are older, which means that occasional issues may arise, such as electrical and plumbing problems.

great place to live if you need a spacious , safe and community full of amenities for the family .. a bit overpriced for location and condition of home itself *unless you get a fully renovated one* , but overall , we're blessed to have this home and can't complain about resident services , they help out as much as they can , where they can .. so thank you . please dont let my review come of as rude .. besides being pricey , our family loves it here ..

Living at Kapilina Beach Homes has been an incredible experience. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located near the beach—making every day feel like a vacation. The views, walking trails, and access to the water are unmatched, especially for families or anyone who enjoys outdoor living.
The staff has been outstanding. A big thank you to Jarred for helping resolve issues quickly and efficiently—he’s always professional, kind, and responsive. Maintenance requests... are handled promptly, and the team genuinely cares about keeping the homes and grounds in top condition. The neighborhood feels safe, the amenities are great, and the sense of community is strong. I would absolutely recommend Kapilina to anyone looking for a beautiful, laid-back place to call home on the west side.
