Viewing and completing documents for move-in is all online. This is a great experience with having a portal and being able to complete things "check-list" style.

I give 3 stars only because of the lack of communication with the Property Managers and timely return of calls and emails. We as residents shouldn't have to doing so much follow up for the amount that we pay to live in the community. Better upkeep also is an issue. They need to maintain the property way better then they are doing. Its kind of sad to see how the area looks and nothing is happening to stop it so it continues.

Close to beach. Staff is professional & polite. Most things apartment things are repaired in a timely manner. Negatives would be noise from aircraft and rude tenants playing music too loud or not keeping their pets quiet. Also repairs on beach items are needed, showers, chairs. Playgrounds too. A lot of landscape problems. They need to hire more staff for it. Also need to remind many tenants of the parking rules.

I truly enjoy living at Kapilina Beach Homes. The neighborhood is clean and family-friendly, the amenities are well maintained, and the staff is always responsive. Being so close to the beach is a huge bonus beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. I’m very happy here
