I love living here, there are some issues with other residents leaving laundry in the machines for extended periods of time and occasionally hearing others after quiet hours but other than those small things I think it’s a good place to live

Very affordable and a pretty good location if you need to be near Kirkwood. The maintenance staff and front desk are both very attentive and quick to find a solution if a problem arises.

I have enjoyed my time here. I only wish they kept college kids by college kids. Living here had taught me to not always trust your past experiences growing up and how to become an adult

Nice and calm. I have not really associated much with my neighbors yet but I guess they are alright and not noisy. And I like that it’s close to a gas station and some eating spots.
