I've been loving the space for as inexpensive as it is. Only real problems lie with people that keep revving their engines so the whole neighborhood can hear. The ResidentPortal isn't the utmost reliable place to ensure information gets related to where you need it, but otherwise the staff are on top of it! I love the support. Regardless of those few things, this is most certainly worth it and I am very appreciative to have as affordable a living space as this. Haverkamp Properties is also... incredibly reliable for making sure your insurance policy is updated, should you opt-out of the renters insurance policy by replacing it with your own.

The management team is professional, friendly, and responsive whenever questions or concerns arise. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff consistently demonstrates a commitment to resident satisfaction The community amenities are a great benefit and are kept in excellent condition. Common areas are... attractive and provide comfortable spaces for residents to relax and socialize. I also appreciate the sense of safety and security throughout the property, which makes living here even more enjoyable.One of the highlights of this community is the convenient location. It is close to shopping, dining, schools, and major transportation routes, making everyday errands simple and convenient.
