Great community! Everyone around the building is very welcoming and nice! As well as the staff most if not all are very helpful, any time I put in a maintenance request it gets taken care of in a timely manner!

Apartment wasn’t cleaned when moved in..
Snow removal was non existent.
The lake has never been cleaned.
The office is open for two hours a day.

The noise level is pretty low, cool neighbors, normal stuff happening. Our apartment is extremely cold though, the heating is not working. And our water bill was mailed extremely late so we are being charged a lot of late fees despite never having the chance to pay it initially because we didn’t get the initial bill.
