Overall, The Emory is an okay place to live. The location is convenient, the building is generally well-kept, and most day-to-day needs are met without issue.They do a good job of attempting community engagement with activities and events.

That said, the biggest drawback is the lack of proper insulation in both the floors and ceilings. Noise carries far more than it should, and at times it feels like there’s very little buffer between units. Attentive staff when needed. Bonus for the pool and gym! Nice large space to live with open layout. Enjoy that they bring the community together with small events.

The staff age very helpful with any issues that I have encountered. Everything is kept very clean. Amenities are very nice and kept very clean.

Love the amenities, wish there were more events and opportunities to meet my neighbors. Hoping that there will be more community events within the next few months.

I have never lived at such an amazing apartment complex. I moved here in May and have already made so many friends in this wonderful community here! My favorite thing this summer was going down to the pool and chatting with new friends. I don’t know what it is here, but everyone is SO easy to get along with (especially the staff). The owner remembers everyone’s names and recognizes me and even my dog everytime we run into him. It is also super dog/pet friendly! You can really tell that they like... to include your pets in the community because they’re family too! They have a dog park and a dog grooming spa with a full bathtub, grooming table, high velocity dryer, and a big vacuum so you can clean up after you and your pup(as someone who worked in a dog grooming salon this is INSANELY useful!
