The Banks is nice. It has lots of amenities like a gym, pool, pickleball court/basketball court, and study spaces. It's in a good location and offers a bus to and from campus during the school year.

Too many issues with my apartment, neighbors, or things like elevators not working and lack of staff communication. Upon move in my apartment wasn’t clean, the cleaning crew they sent barely did anything besides wipe my shower door and sweep my floors quickly. I then had issues with water leaking from ceiling leading to months of construction and health issues without compensation. I ended up leaving my apartment in better condition than when I moved in.

The pool has been really dirty recently and it doesn’t seem like they ever take the time to scoop out the excess debris. A lot of times trash in garage and stairwells is also not taken out.
