Great place
The Staff and Property Manager are wonderful here! They genuinely care about their renters and address everything in a very timely fashion. It's a great neighborhood as well.

Great Neighborhood
Great Neighborhood, it's quiet and right off Hickman. Your so close to everything. You can get anywhere in Des Moines in 15 -20 minutes. Trails and park next door. Staff does a wonderful job maintaining property too and there is a Pool!

I love my home at Stonegate!!
Living at Stonegate Crossing has been such a wonderful experience! Both the maintenance and leasing team are phenomenal and great with communication. I appreciate the monthly events that make the community feel so welcoming. I truly love my home and the neighborhood the community is located in!

Clean, quality apartments in a great neighborhood with friendly staff
We've lived in our 2 bed 2 bath for over a year now and we have no regrets. Everything in our apartment is high quality - flooring, cabinets, and appliances - and if there's ever something wrong, maintenance requests are easy to make and the team is lightning fast.
Apartments are spacious and cozy - it's been easy to make ours feel like a home. The available amenities like the clubhouse, theater, gym, and pool are awesome. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the complex is right next to a park.... We love taking walks around the area, and there's plenty of restaurants and stores nearby on Hickman.
The staff throw fun events regularly where you can get a fun snack, get to know people, or enter raffles. It's great to have one of these to look forward to every month or two. Shoutout to the staff, who do a great job. We highly recommend Stonegate Crossing apartments
