Soll

I’ve lived at Soll since the beginning of 2019. There has been quite a bit of turnover with staff since then. The service was great at the beginning then as the turnover happened it began to decline. Since Indigo took over Soll, it has been the best experience since I got here. Staff is friendly, helpful, and consistent with their office hours. Maintenance requests are promptly resolved. Communication/announcements are done very well through email, signs, etc. I love the location of the… apartment because it’s close to downtown Des Moines without being in the center of it where it can be inconvenient. Some other perks of living at Soll include the restaurants, bars, stores nearby. Most of which you can receive a discount because Soll is an Indigo property. Clean, homey, and, well-kept apartment complex. Have every amenity you need and more. Transition from previous management was nearly seamless and I am very pleased with their work.

Being a relatively new building, it is well insulated/ sound proofed and gives you a bright and modern aesthetic. Recently under new management and has taken a turn for the better! All of the management staff members are prompt and responsive to needs and concerns of the residents. Additionally, they are great at maintaining the building and amenities making it a location I am proud to show off to my friends.

I absolutely love living at Soll. The apartments are laid out nicely, very modern, I love the high ceilings, the amenities are great and the new management has been so nice. The restaurants below the apartment are very good as are the options on Ingersoll just down the street. I could not have picked a better place, and would highly recommend Soll!
