I have been here since the building opened and I will not move out. The location is great, the staff is nice, and the building is clean.

So much character

The character in this building is undeniable. There is a little stairwell from the third to fourth floor that was left untouched. Going through and reading the signatures was my favorite part of the tour of this place. The history is there and was preserved.

Best place to live in the Village

I've lived here since January of 2019 and I have never seen a single bed bug. I don't know who would go out of their way to lie about that, but there have never been any just walking around in the building. The staff has always been very nice and the building is always clean. Parking is a bit tricky in the winter and the walls are somewhat thin, but my neighbors are not excessively loud. I do not plan to leave ever.

Gorgeous

The view from.the fitness center is absolutely breathtaking. Love the hardwood floors and high ceilings. The amount of natural light that floods the apartments was the selling point for me!
