The office staff and maintenance are great and care about your quality of living.

When I first moved into the apartment everything was okay for the price I was paying. Over the summer I noticed that people were smoking in the stairwells and leaving their trash such as dirty used napkins, bandaids, crumpled up bags of fast food, and so much more. The residents here are absolutely disgusting! They leave their garbage outside of the dumpster and make this place look more like a dump than it already is. My husband and I lived in a two bedroom over the past year. The maintenance was always quick with requests, we didn't notice any loud neighbors, and the management would put on activities for the residents! Not too far of a drive from my work downtown as it is close to the highway.

My wife and I lived here for a year. We really enjoyed living in Grimes and our experience here was very positive. Maintenance was fantastic. They would come and fix next business day and management was great to work with. Never had any problems with neighbors or noise or anything. Very pleasant experience.

I have lived at Meadowlark Place for over 4 years and I have no complaints! They allow large dogs and provide bags to keep the property clean. I love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in my unit. The people in the leasing office are easy to communicate with and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. I always recommend this complex when I hear that anyone is looking for a new apartment!
