As soon as I entered the apartment for the showing I noticed dead flies, alcohol bottles, and trash all throughout the apartment. The apartment was not lived in for a month and had not been cleaned. I was very disgusted by the fact that they did not have the decency to at least clean the apartment before they showed it.

They have sent out between 7-10 emails in the past 5 weeks regarding showings of our apartments. Each emailing having 2-4 showing times with 30 minute time frames. So unless you want to feel the need to be home during those time frames to prevent strangers from being in your unoccupied apartment while the landlord stands near the entryway with his head inside of his cellphone do not rent from Big Ten Property. However, the apartments are well put together and is pretty well maintained on... their part.
