This is a nice new facility that manages to have a cozy and relaxed environment even though it’s right on a major through road. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you don’t need shared amenities like a gym or pool, and want quick access to get around the city by being right on State Street, I think it’s a pretty nice place to be.

My only complaint is that the building and therefore my unit seems to have been built in haste. It looks like it was kind of built in a hurry and little details were overlooked. That being said, the office staff and management has been phenomenal as well as the maintenance team. They are the most friendly people I’ve met since I’ve moved here to Idaho. The Wi-Fi is fantastic, the neighbors are quiet, and the management is very quick to respond to any needs I have had. I can have my pet companion... here and I feel very safe. The street traffic is a bit loud, but I don’t believe that it is Haven‘s fault. Any issues that I have had have been addressed and were addressed promptly. Considering the area I live in and the convenience to shops and the lake is fantastic. I am very happy here and I would definitely recommend living here to anybody looking to move into the area.
