High Point on Overland

High Point on Overland is a beautiful community. The maintenance men work hard to keep up on the grounds and it shows.

These apartments are really nice but not luxury. The kitchen has been a life saver for us due to complicated diets and having to cook all our own meals. The maintenance team keeps on top of things well and the management has been excellent, I'm excited and a little nervous about getting new management, but so far they seem promising. The rent is a little high but as a medical school student it is worth paying a little more to be close to ICOM. I would highly recommend to a small family starting... medical school! The community has been nice, especially the Church of Jesus Christ of later day saints! There are definitely cheaper places out there, but for the location and the environment of highpoint it is worth paying a little more for. If the rent was any higher you can find homes for the same price so be sure to check if prices have gone up! Other than that I love living here and have made really good friends and don't plan on moving for the next 4 to 7 years depending on medical school, residency and price changes!! Read More

f I could give a 0 I would. Only good thing about this place is the location!! HORRIBLE MANAGMENT COMPANY!!! DO NOT RENT!! Management was good when Brittany was there and the minute she left it went downhill fast. They don’t regulate trash so dumpsters are ALWAYS full and trash is ALWAYS flying around and all over the ground. They even ALLOW Trash to sit outside apartments for WEEKS at a time just piling up!! It’s AGAINST the rules and the second I complained a lease regulation was placed on MY... door and account. The manager HATES if you complain about the way things are done and gets nasty if you point it out!(I have emails to prove it!) upon move out we were flagrantly charged for “stains” on the carpet and for heavy duty cleaning when there was no such staining and we cleaned the apartment before handing in the keys(pictures taken as proof) and we were also charged for a full month of tv/cable when we moved out on the 10th!! TheY REFUSE to change the charges!!! HORRIE HORRIBLE

If you sign a lease with them they will make you pay for additional non-rent items that aren't needed which inflates the rent price. They then will not return the over-payment of rent that you pay. In addition if you clean the apartment better than they leased it to you they will tell you that you haven't paid enough rent even though you have overpaid and then use that as a justification not to return your deposit. The place is nice but management is terrible.. they will never get back to you ... whit anything... they don’t even answer their phone or emails... and if any disturbances going on they do nothing about it.. plus their walls are very cheap I’m guessing because you can even hear your neighbor snore..!!!
