The minimum age of the primary renter is twenty-five years. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. No smoking or vaping is permitted in the home or on the decks, and Teton Creek Resort is a no-smoking complex. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area, adjacent to the Bannock Building parking area. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the parking area. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home. No fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws.
