My experience

The apt complex is on downward trend. I have been here 10 years. Since Gail took over the pride a happiness living here isn’t great as it was. She has her son cutting grass in the summer no lawn care company any longer no flowers planted a landscape in front of office grass is longer not cut as often. Have only part time maintenance man since last one quit six months ago. Work orders take weeks if not months to be taken care of. Parents don’t mind their children damage the property breaking... windows a breaking in vacant apartments. Old furniture people throw away sits outside at times for months. Amy old manger took pride in complex Gail seems not care once beautiful a well taken care of is now falling on hard times. When lease is up I’m out of here.
