SoHo Apartments

I stayed at the SoHo St Louis MI downtown recently. The stay was all but a good experience. After informing the apartments that I would arrive at the complex at 6:30 PM, I still had to wait 3 hours until 9:30 PM before I could get the electronic key to the apartment. I was told that security was out doing a security check of the premises and when I met with him, he told me that he was home having dinner. The. Once in the apartment everything that was advertised as having forks, Spoons, plates,... soap and other necessities were not there. I had to go out and buy them myself.

The refrigerator was not working properly. I tried calling maintenance and was informed that they would go in and check it the following day which they did not. I later went to meet with management and they were not in their office during their advertised hours.

When I finally met with management, I was informed that they could not do anything about the refrigerator and the cooking or eating utensils. Ended up buying my own. Overall extremely bad service.

I tried using the gym and was told that I would need to pay an additional $250.00 to use the gym for a week.

I will never stay there again really disappointed with their service.

The space is beautiful, and Shiloh always puts on a great event!!

I moved to Soho after my apartment was impacted by the tornado. There's a wide variety of amenities that are very nice and up to date. My move in was very last minute but they were able to accommodate me and my apartment was clean and ready. I truly wish I knew about Soho sooner and signed a lease here prior to my other apartment complex.

I actually found SoHo through an Instagram post about one of their pool parties—it totally caught my eye. I’ve been living here for about a month now and honestly, no regrets. The pool is hands-down my favorite part, but the sauna is right up there too. I haven’t seen another place in St. Louis that has both like this. Management’s on top of things, and the other residents are super friendly. Overall, I’m really glad I made the move.

My boyfriend and I moved to SoHo after our former building, a sister property, was damaged by a tornado. We initially felt hesitant due to some social media posts, but after two months here, we're super happy with our decision. The problems we read about online haven't been evident since we moved in. We especially love the pool, and the gym is a big improvement from our last building.
