Arbor Lakes

Arbor Lakes has closed down their swimming pool for the remainder of the pool season. The 1st reason they gave was that they did not renew their pool license. Then, a week later they send out a second email stating that the pool was closed for structural issues. All of us that use the pool feel lied to and betrayed. Why now, during the middle of the pool season? Nothing they say makes any kind of sense to us. I seriously find anything that they say hard to believe!!!! It was July 21st,... 2026 when the pool first closed and they did not know that their pool license was not renewed? There are a lot of angry residents right now.... No one took care of the pool. There was always an issue with cloudy water and there was a black and green algae growing all over the pool walls. There are cracks in the cement surrounding the pool. Honestly, they have neglected the pool for some time. Poor leadership and management!!! When I asked the property manager for a very modest rent concession for the balance of July and for the month of August, she said NO!!! I guess I should not be surprised. Any questions or concerns we’ve had were addressed quickly, and they’ve always made us feel valued as residents. I HIGHLY recommend Arbor Lakes Community. The property is ALWAYS CLEAN and well cared for. All the staff go ABOVE and BEYOND for the residents. Property Managers Steve and Jayme are VERY kind, professional, knowledgeable and always approachable. They always make time in their busy day to address the resident's need. I truly believe their mission is to create a community where tenants enjoy where they live for a long time. I feel blessed to live in this community. The maintenance team especially... Edwin are ALWAYS attentive, respectful and FAST to fix the issue. I think the BEST part for me are the beautiful ponds, fountains, geese and ducks in community. The property is so peaceful!! All the other residents have been kind in my experience. The community is very dog friendly which is important to me. I can't say enough positive things. I am really glad I choose to live here. The maintenance staff are always professional. Edwin has been here twice & I have been very pleased with his work! I don’t even have to change my own light bulbs @ this complex! I have been very happy in the 5 years I have lived here!
