Living at Arbor Lakes has been a wonderful experience! The community is beautifully maintained, and the amenities make everyday life enjoyable. Arbor Lakes is an excellent community. Steve and the team do a terrific job managing the entire facility. The maintenance staff is very responsive; and they do high quality work. It has been a great experience being a resident these past 9 years. Thank You!

Management team is always available to answer questions or concerns and are always pleasant. Maintenance team is fantastic, concerns have been resolved in a couple of hours, if it takes longer it is due to something out of their control. Property is well maintained. Nice laundry facilities in each building.

Arbor Lakes is a safe community in peaceful surroundings with plenty of trees and several ponds. I can enjoy wildlife, even a blue heron, in this apartment community, believe it or not. The ponds are full of waterfowls, frogs, and turtles when you pay attention. Another bonus: a forest preserve on the other side of the street. Strongly recommend to nature lovers, and dog owners.
