Very Disappointing Experience. Would Not Recommend!! I've been living here for a while now, and I can’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The biggest issue is the lack of accountability. People here simply do not clean up after themselves or their pets and it's frustrating. The hallways are often dirty and the trash rooms are a nightmare. The one elevator per building is another major problem. It's always broken or dirty and is far from both ends of the apartment making it a hassle... just to get in or out of the building.
The worst part, though, is the constant smell. It’s always filled with the scent of weed and cooking food, which makes the entire community feel unpleasant. Don’t be fooled by the nicely decorated community areas- it's all just for show. Behind that, the overall experience here is far from what you'd expect for the price you're paying. I would highly advise looking elsewhere.

Staying at Lumen Fox Valley has been a great pleasure. Its location is one of the best; walking distance from a mall and so many restaurants. Our leasing agent, Sky, made our move-in process super quick and easy and whenever he sees us now he makes sure to say hi.
