If you have an EV, prepare to shell out to charge it

There's only one single communal charging station that is supposed to be 5 hour maximum but it isn't enforced so some people park there for days on end. If you want to use one of the other dozen chargers in the garage, you can't unless you reserve one for $150/mo.

After a lifetime of living in single family homes, we found The Domaine an excellent place to downsize. Staff is always helpful and attentive, the amenities are excellent and the location allows for great walkability.

If I was a potential new tenant and this was my first time living here, I would avoid this place super fast. Hot water doesn’t last more than 15 minutes with sometimes getting lucky for a couple extra minutes, other tenants park in your parking spot with no real action, noise complaints aren’t taken seriously. You learn they favor other tenants over you wish makes living here that much more difficult. Run!
