Renter beware
Tried to get an apartment here for my son for college. Stated our move in date and was told they had an opening. Got online went through an extensive form to fill out for me, my wife and my son. We were charged $50 for each applicant. Then told there is no apartments available a week after applying. No refunds. The lady working was very rude. We had set up a time to to view an apartment. When we got there after driving and hour and half we were told that we couldn't take a tour of the room.... Because she was to busy. I feel like we were just scammed for $150 and are currently looking for a new apartment else where.

It's Home
If you like a quiet country setting, then St Clair Village Apartments is for you. This community has a real "home" feel to it the moment you drive onto the property.

Don't Let This Happen To You.
I have lived here for a total of ten years. Eight out of those ten years were pleasant. That is until a new tenant moved in below me. He was noisy, compromised the security of the building, and last but not least smoked Marijuana. The police were called, and he was evicted. I had to go to court as a witness to his crime. Unfortunately, I have been subjected to false allegations by other tenants because of his eviction. I have contacted management and have received little to no support from them.... After performing some extensive research, I have discovered that this area has a drug problem.
I am a cancer survivor and looking for another place to live. But funds are limited at this point, and I have just grown frustrated.
