Beware
New management in 2024. Very disrespectful to tenants. Condescending attitude towards tenants. Can't keep maintenance staff. Raised the rent excessively high with zero added for it. Snow removal and mowing are included in rent but it doesn't get done so tenants have to do it themselves. It is a HUD property so this is a good starter place or if you have no other options.
