Great place to live.

Maintaining an apartment can be very difficult, and costly. Benton place has a maintenance man who is available 24 hours a day. for non-emergency problems he responds by the following day, and stays with the problem until it is resolved. The layout of the apartments are very sensible, and they are very well kept. Gas stove and electric refrigerator is included. The grounds are manicured weekly.

When I moved in my refrigerator would not work properly. The maintenance man came the day after I... reported it, and it was replaced in a few hours. I love living here.
