Nice apartments

Quiet, yet welcoming. Nice neighbors, and neighborhood. Newly updated landscaping, and outside common area. Pool is fun in the summer.

Expectional Living: A Perfect Blend of Convenience, Comfort, and Community at The Greenway at Carol Stream

Living in this The Greenway at Carol Stream apartment complex has been a fantastic experience. The maintenance is excellent, ensuring everything is in top-notch condition. The spacious car parking is a big plus, and being centrally located in the shopping area is incredibly convenient. The management services are commendable, providing a smooth living experience. The buildings and rooms are consistently clean, creating a welcoming environment. The swimming pool and grill area are delightful… amenities that we thoroughly enjoy. We love calling this place home!

Excellent management and maintenance

I’ve lived here since 2016, and I’ve been so happy with The Greenway of Carol Stream! The management is excellent, proactive, responsive, and attentive. The grounds, buildings and property in general are well cared for, and the maintenance staff is quick, polite, and thorough. Safe complex—next to CSPD. Great location!

Greenway review

It’s been such a pleasure here at the greenway. It’s so peaceful. All the shopping stores and mall are near by. The green way properties are well kept all the time . The staff is awesome the maintenance team is wonderful and all around I’m happy to be a tenant here at the green way. With such great experience. Overall I would recommend the greenway to any one
