Great building, great staff, great amenities and location. I've lived here for almost 5 years and I love it. The only downside is in the last year the leasing department has become very shady and inconsiderate, adding random charges without notice for no reason.

Awesome move in experience! Everyone so friendly and helpful! Great location, close to great restaurants and shopping, easy walk down Michigan Avenue to Loyola downtown campus.

Always perfect! If I could I’d buy a place in the building it’s so nice. Everyone who works here is so friendly and the building never has any issues. Our apartment is great to live in and we truly enjoy it. It may be a little small for the price but totally worth it in not having to worry about anything else.
