OneEleven Apartments

The apt has gone down hill over the last 2 years after the new management took over. There is barely any resident driven activities, and when they do occur, there is no notification or notice. The current tenants do not abide by rules in the gym and half of them leave carts randomly through the hallways and parking garage. There is barely any staff up front so many people just walk in without being checked in, and are able to come up the elevators by actual tenants that live here.

All areas are always clean from the lobby, elevators even hallways. I love that they power wash the side walk, Chicago needs more go that. Staff is kind and attentive. One time I forgot to get my delivered groceries and they put them in the fridge so it wouldn’t go bad

Have continued to have a wonderful experience at One Eleven. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. The amenities are beautiful and well kept. The location is wonderful with easy access to the river, downtown, and public transportation. I can’t say enough good things about One Eleven!

Love the location, amenity, staff, my studio. Everything is perfect, indoor pool is great and there’s usually just me, I enjoy that a lot. The river view is pretty as always

Great place to call home! Wonderful amenities and fun community events. Mike and the concierge team are all great! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place downtown.
