Unfortunately the experience living at OneEleven has worsened since we initially moved in 2023. The lack of staff in the concierge to current residents trashing the apartment complex. We have been battling noise complaints with neighbors which has not been resolved despite emails to the management office. Also, paying for parking and not having first access to parking is a huge negative.

I’ve had a positive experience living at One Eleven so far. The community is generally quiet, and the shared spaces are kept clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner, and the staff has been professional and helpful when I’ve had questions.
The location is convenient, with easy access to daily necessities and public transportation. The building amenities are also a nice bonus and have added to my overall comfort.

The move in process was seamless and the entire staff has been wonderful. We had a few small things that we needed to get addressed (regular move in type of items) and maintenance was so quick to respond. No issues yet!
